The Journey from 8 Self-Service Tubs to South Atlanta's Dog Headquarters...It is quite a "Tail" to tell....
November 8, 2001 -- After retirement Susan and Dick Goda opened Puppy Tubs as a self-service dog wash on Huddleston Drive in Peachtree City. It was the first of its kind in Fayette County and was a big success for dog owners who wanted a convenient way to wash their dogs with everything provided for them.
December 2006 - Puppy Tubs expands to include daycare and boarding in a second facility located on Stevens Entry in Peachtree City. Eventually the original self-service tubs on Huddleston Drive are relocated to the Stevens Entry location for a one stop experience for our customers. Their unique services and superior customer service earned them a loyal clientele and the business continued its amazing growth to become South Atlanta's destination of choice for dog owners.
July 2015 - Long time customers Tom and Laurie Clarke join Susan and Dick as owners with a shared vision of continuing Puppy Tubs amazing journey of servicing dogs, their families, and the community.
November 2015 - Puppy Tubs moves to a new, modernized, 13,000 square foot facility at 245 Clover Reach in Peachtree City. The new location offers fully climate controlled boarding with all suite accommodations. A large indoor play gym, an expanded retail area, a full-service grooming salon and of course, the original 8 self-service tubs round out this new and improved space. Puppy Tubs introduces a wide range of dog training classes.
The Puppy Tubs success story is an amazing "tail" to tell. It has truly become South Atlanta's Dog Headquarters!
